RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Subject to any rights you may have as a consumer, the following terms apply to the return of artwork/s.

 

If the artwork/s were damaged, defective or faulty at the time of delivery to you, I will replace the artwork/s or refund your credit card account with a full refund (excluding credit card fees).

 

If you are going to return an artwork/s in accordance with the above, please email us within 30 days of the artwork/s being sent, at ambersmithstudio@gmail.com

 

You must pay all costs of returning artwork/s to us, however, if I accept the return of damaged or faulty artwork/s, or if I delivered incorrect artwork/s I will provide you with details on how to go about returning the items to me using a paid courier service.

All artwork/s returned must be in their original condition and packaging, along with any accompanying documentation. I reserve the right not to accept a return of:

any artwork/s where you have changed your mind about them;

any artwork/s which, when examined or tested by me, were found not to be not damaged, defective or faulty.
