These moths are made and painted by hand by me in my studio in Aotearoa. Each one has its own shape, markings and feather antenna - they belong to the same family but no two are exactly alike.
They are small pieces of art for your home - from nature, beautifully made by hand, and something unexpected for your wall, small but always attracting attention!

There are several moth designs and sizes to choose from, including large, medium and small wall moths, as well as two smaller moth brooch designs.
Each moth is individually made and painted, so please use the photographs to choose your favourite and select its number from the options above.
Made by me
Every moth starts as a piece of clay in my studio. I form, fire, paint and etch each one by hand before it makes its way to you.
Because they're handmade, there will be small differences in shape, colour and painted detail from the photographs. That's part of what makes each one an original Amber Smith piece.
