Whakataukī (Māori proverb)

A waka moves through the sea of life, carrying everyone together. Above it, tūī fly across the sky while hills rise from the water and kōwhaiwhai patterns flow through the waves, wings and landscape weaving everything into one.

This print is about connection, unity and looking out for one another. Everyone in the waka counts. When we care for each other, make room for each other and know that everyone matters, we can all move forward together.
